OK, I've been patient. I've provided all the data to TWC and Roku about my inability to login to The Weather Channel app. I paid $30 for a year of TWC assuming that the app would just work, like it does with every other vendor. I started my subscription to TWC at the beginning of September and it stopped working at the beginning of October. I've now gone 2 months without the service I paid for.
IT'S TIME FOR ROKU TO REFUND MY MONEY!

OK, customer service said no refund.
So, this has been an enormous waste of time and I'm out the $30 I paid to watch The Weather Channel.
This leaves a bad taste in my mouth for both TWC and Roku.
Be warned if you subscribe to The Weather Channel app, only do it on a monthly basis.
Then the most you will lose is $3 not $30.
Here is the error I get, I still can’t log in.
It doesn’t give you to option to remove the channel.
