@EHutchings, I would say do as it says and contact TWC at https://streamtwc.com/help and see what they have to say. It is their app after all.
That offers no way to contact anyone other than email. I have already sent an email but not heard anything from anyone as of yet.
I got nowhere with TWC tech support.
I just kissed my $30 annual subscription goodbye and went back to the free Weather Nation.
