Traveling issues with DirecTV stream

We are traveling in our RV with a Roku stick. We have always been able to maintain our DirecTV stream access to local networks and regional sports. Worked fine in this location for days and now I am unable to see any locals and regional sports. This is unique to the Roku stick at kids at home confirm Roku TVs are fine. Doesn’t seem to be a DirecTV problem - unique to Roku stick. Help!!

Thank for posting here at the Roku Community!

Have you tried to remove the Directv app/channel, reboot your device's system then add the app/channel back again? If not, follow the steps provided below:

  • Remove the app/channel: press Home > Move to the right and highlight the channel you wish to remove > press Star* > Remove channel
  • Reboot your device's system: press Home > Settings > System > Power > System restart
  • Add the app/channel: press Home > select Store > Channels > Add channels
