How do I stop voice over issues when viewing Paramount +?

We understand that you are having trouble with the screen reader when you're viewing the Paramount Plus channel. No worries, we are here to assist.

Does the screen reader issue occur only on the Paramount Plus channel? If it happens across all channels or even on the Roku home screen, we suggest trying the following:

To turn off the screen reader, press the Star* button on your remote four times. Alternatively, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Select Settings
  2. Accessibility
  3. Screen Reader
  4. Select Off and press the OK button

If this only occurs on the Paramount Plus channel, please contact the Paramount Plus channel provider directly for further assistance. You may reach them here: Paramount Plus | Contact Us.

We hope to get this sorted out soon.
