I am not able to log into my NoraGo acct with the information provided to log in! I was having issues with NoraGo buffering on many different channels so I logged out to see if that would help. Only issue is I can’t get back in. The provider ID is NOT working for me. I am paying for a service I can’t even watch now it is very frustrating!! I have tried several times and I’ve done it several times before so I know how to log on. I am getting and Error EC10 bad credentials message!

Regarding the channel log-in issue on the NoraGo channel, it might be best to contact the channel partner for additional assistance. Channels on Roku are maintained by their channel developer.
