There’s a line that shows up in the middle of the TV only when I watch Thursday Night Football. I also get issues of buffering during commercials. The buffer happens so often that I get the network buffering message at the bottom of the screen. I know it isn’t a network issue because the other TV my son is using doesn’t buffer while he is watching movies on Netflix.
This issue has been consistent each week I watch Thursday night football.

We have a Roku tv doing the same thing. The only thing that fixes it is to go out of the stream and go back in.

My Roku tv does the same thing. Nothing fixes it. However, there are 2 broadcasts of the game. The one titled Amazon Prime Vision with Next Gen Stats DOES NOT have the line.
Welcome, @TvWatcher12357!
We're grateful to have you here in the Roku Community.
If the troubleshooting steps are not effective, we strongly advise you to escalate the matter to the channel's support team. They manage and maintain their app on the Roku streaming platform independently since this is also content within their app.
You may reach them here for further assistance: Amazon Prime Video Support | Contact Us
We hope this will be sorted out soon.
Best regards,
Carly
