Why does Roku have that weird graphic of a spaceship when I select the Roku Channel? Please get rid of it! It is distracting as it flies across my TV screen. Bad idea and I do not know why it is there.

Could you please let me know if an error code is displayed on the TV screen? I would also appreciate it if you could provide the serial number of your Roku TV.
Please be aware that if you reset your TV, it will erase your personal preferences, unlink your device from your Roku account, and reset all settings, returning your device to a state that is ready for initial setup. To successfully reset your device, you can visit our support article on how to system restart or factory reset your Roku streaming device.

I have the Roku Channel APP on my streaming device attached to my Samsung smart TV & it worked just fine until the last week. Now, none of the programs play. It just keeps buffering & finally, I get the error message: "Unfortunately, we were unable to play this content. Please try again later. " It has a "back" box below the message to click on. This happens on all the programs I pm click on. What's wrong with this app?

Thank you for getting back with me. This is my Roku Television. I have had 3 Roku Televisions and seem to have the same issues. I try to do a factory reset but TV won't reset from when I first bought it. The applications that I do use even has the passwords set up after I do a factory reset.
