It’s been 2 weeks since you said Roku was looking into this.
ive seen other Roku users that have been waiting over a year!
Can it be fixed or do I need to replace the tv?
Hi @LB52,
Thanks for keeping us posted!
We understand that you are eager to resolve this issue. But no worries; the team is hard at work investigating the issue. We still haven't received any feedback back as of the moment, but rest assured that we'll send the update once we have it.
We appreciate your patience while we investigate this issue.
All the best,
Chel
My OTA channel guide is also incorrect for about 4 weeks now. Everything I've tried to resolve this has not worked (rescan, reset WIFI, changing ZIP). Pleas suggest a fix to this annoying issue.

Yes I know it’s been the same for me as well I’m going on 4+ years now or longer and it just stays in accurate! I’m considering switching to another platform if I could find something comparable with more accurate channel listings. All I get from Roku is random messages about what they’d like from me to send to them as far as tv data and build information and then NOTHING ever seems to happen EVER lol so yeah it’s frustrating to say the least! 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️😡🤬
I’ve sent it in multiple times and then hear nothing back from anyone this has gone on for several years unfortunately
OTA station WXIX Fox 19 (Ch. 19.1) in Cincinnati, OH 45238 incorrectly shows up as Telemundo on both of my Roku TVs, and all the listings on the guide are Telemundo shows. Bizzare.
Changing the zip code to neighboring 45205 and restarting my TV fixed my Telemundo-Fox problem, but if this thread is any indication, this is a widespread issue that seems like it needs to be remedied for many zip codes in numerous major metropolitan areas.
Hi, @Leevsiac
Welcome to the Roku Community.
We understand that the LIve TV guide on your Home screen has incorrect information, and we would like to delve into this matter to investigate further.
To make sure that no troubleshooting steps are left undone, you may review the steps below:
To access “over-the-air” broadcast television, the HDTV antenna must be connected to the Live TV input of your TV.
You will also see an option to re-scan the channels and you may proceed with that option.
Note: If Live TV is missing, you can add it by going to Settings > TV inputs > Live TV > Set up input.
For more information, see this support article: How to set up and watch live TV on your Roku TV system.
Please let us know what you find out.
Best wishes,
Kash
Roku streaming box 4k I have had live tv channel listings not accurate for many years now! I’ve wrote on this discussion multiple times well over 6 times in as many years as I have owned my Roku box. I write then randomly a tech or someone from Roku asks me to send in the error or trouble code with my issues and Roku information and then I hear nothing again from anyone except others having the same issues. I will never purchase another Roku device ever again and I will spread this information to EVERYONE I can to buy something else because if you can’t see or know what your watching and it’s always inaccurate why even use this platform! I’ve been hoping Roku could fix the program issue long ago but I keep finding myself writing on this community page and nothing gets resolved! Shame on you Roku I’ll go elsewhere!!
The tvs seem fine it’s the boxes that are faulty
