Thanks for keeping us posted here in the Roku Community!

We understand you are having a problem accessing the NFL app on your Roku device. Kindly try removing the channel, restarting the system, and then reinstalling it, and see if it fixes the issue. Please follow the steps below:

1. Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press the Star (*) button to open the options menu. Select the Remove channel and confirm.
2. Restart your Roku device. Restart the device from the settings menu. Go to Settings > System > Power > System Restart (if you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
3. Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Channel Store and add the channel again.

I think it’s ridiculous. I will cancel NFL app. They want us to spend more money. I just don’t have the luxury to subscribe to multiple apps. Lol.

The best way to get NFL on Roku is to go to Roku and install the NFL app, then subscribe through Roku.

Do NOT subscribe elsewhere! Roku's NFL app does not know that you already have a subscription. 

I've been there, done that. Luckily I convinced NFL to cancel my online subscription (done from my computer) and got the refund.
