Mi dispositivo no me permite descargar HBO Max, la única versión que me aparece es max pero dice que no está disponible en mi región, tengo varios vecinos y amigos que habitan el mismo vecindario y sin problemas lo pudieron agregar y sin problemas

@Kitzzuney, where are you located?  Not all apps are available on Roku devices in all regions even if those providers are available via other platforms.

@Maikol @Ko4 Since you're posting in something other than English, our assumption is you are not located in the United States. Many providers do not offer their service outside the US, and even if they do they must specifically make the app available on Roku devices in a specific country. If you don't see it in the channel store on your Roku, then odds are it has not been made available in your country. Only the app provider can make that happen, as Roku cannot override the settings the app provider enters for their app.
