Thanks so much. We’ve actually tried that. One of the 4 started working again so now it’s just one that still isn’t working. Spectrum has a “repair” ticket for the “app” (vs the 3 technicians and their supervisors who couldn’t help at all) which is supposed to be resolved by Dec 7. 🤞🤞🤞

My screen mirror feature as well as Spectrum app will no longer work on the Roku ultras, I also have a Roku soundbar. The soundbar works with mirroring and the spectrum app. I’m not sure why.

In addition, if you are having issues with the Spectrum app not streaming on your Roku device, you can reach out to the channel provider directly and inquire further for assistance since they can provide you with a workaround or create an update to resolve the issue.
