Hello guys, 

since some time the Roku channel life doesn’t open. I cannot find any way to chat with somebody. Please any recommendations?

• Do other browsers work (i.e. Chrome, Firefox, and Safari)?
• Does clearing cookies fix the issue?
• Does signing out of the account and back in fix it?
• You can try using incognito when using your browser.

do you mean the app in Roku? For example sling, directv and others works perfect. However the same Roku live app doesn’t. 

please let me know why this is happening or what I have to do. Thank you.
