It is through the Roku channel - it is the preloaded link located on the Roku channel’s main offerings. No antenna connected and we’re not streaming over the air channels. Only connection is a WiFi link to the router. As mentioned earlier, other streaming services (Disney, Prime, Netflix) all work fine.
Thank you so much for keeping us posted, @Trickydonut.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation in dealing with this issue.
Kindly try to disconnect your Roku device from the network and try an alternative network, such as a mobile hotspot, just to check if there'll be a difference. Also, if this is a glitch, a reset would most likely fix it. Have you tried doing it on your device? Also, since you have a couple of Roku streaming sticks, does this issue occur on both?
Please continue to give us updates so we can continue investigating.
Regards,
Janadee
Did you mean a factory reset? Or network reset? Both are options.
Using a mobile hotspot gave the same problem.
I have the second Roku stick because the infrared remote stopped working on the first.
We apologize for the confusion, @Trickydonut.
What @RokuJanadeeK meant was a network reset. You can do it under Settings > System > Advance system settings > Network connection reset.
Please let us know if this resolves your occurring issue.
Kind regards,
Carly

Hello, Had similar sounding problem for 3-4 months now, with no answer available here. But, recently, just found problem with my laptop, not tv watching related, not finding a 5g signal from my router. I'm no tech person, but just tried turning off router for 10-15 min., turned back on, and found signal now available on laptop. When, then went to tv, suddenly found I finally had Roku steaming channels available again, after so long. Maybe have a look/see under network connections for a 5g connection, or just try the router power 'cycling''.... Hope this may be of some help.
Thanks. There are photos up thread.
