We'd like to know more about the issue you running into. Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or all channels on your Roku device? Have you tried restarting your Roku TV? In some cases, most problems resolve after restarting the system.
We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.
