Not able to use app without being charged each time
Last week I purchased Metro Reels thru the Roku channel. A few days later I open the app up and was asked to sign in. In signing in I was charged a second time. I called immediately (Request #11247046). I was reimbursed immediately. However, now I can’t access the app without paying again. How can I get access to Metro Reels without paying again.

Do you have more than one Roku device? Subscriptions are linked to the Roku account, so if you have another device linked to a different account the subscription could be attached to a different account.
