The video only plays for 3 seconds and stops. If I click play it starts playing again for 3 seconds and stops again. I do not have issues with any other app on the Roku. Only Netflix.
I followed these instructions, but didn't help.
Uninstalled the netflix channel
Cleared cache and data - network connection reset
Restarted the Roku device
Checked internet connection and it was good.
Re-installed the Netflix channel
Checked Roku updates and there not any.
I have Roku model: 4660X - Roku Ultra
software version: 14.1
Device ID: CK48A5159355
any help would be appreciated.
Tested and the same issue is happening.
