RedZone only airs on Sunday so I will have to wait to provide a picture. As far as the contact list there is only NFL Sunday Ticket, no just NFL. As I previously said, and others in related NFL app posts, there is no way to give the NFL direct feedback on this issue.
Also that list is outdated. I checked the NFL Sunday Ticket link and it goes to DirecTV. So that is useless.

Since my original post my Roku has updated to 12.5.0 Build 4178-C2. No change, same issue as before and in the pictures. I also once again removed the app, rebooted and reinstalled before taking those pics
Another Sunday and the NFL app is still not working. I provided all the info you requested and for over a week there has been no response. What is being done by Roku to have this app fixed for their customers?
