NCAAF unable to view, I would like a refund

Just bought Paramount + twice, once just regular and then Paramount + for Roku. Can’t view the ballgame on either. Live on Paramount + is just a black screen, the Paramount/Roku channel wants me to upgrade to that with Showtime. I didn’t want either. My antenna doesn’t pick up local CBS. I would like to be refunded for both Paramount channels please. I have already cancelled the subscriptions.

i just did too! i was waiting for game at 3- finally came in at near end 2nd qtr! so i went (thru my iphone) to paramount +showtime subscription signed up for trial. login on the paramount on my phone. then i put my roku on guest mode then was able to login to Paramount+. and i also cancelled through the roku.com account & cancelled paramount roku subscription. roku needs to do better & get it together. it is misleading.
