NBC streaming issue with Cloudpatherrorauthorization issue
I also have this problem. My provider is Xfinity and I am linked via cable. I cannot access any NBC. channels. I have tried updating NBC channel. Also deleting and readding. I was using the ROKU on another TV at a rental just last week with problems accessing MSNBC. Now I am connected to a new TV and all of the problem emerged. Have no idea how to fix. Should I reset ROKU to default and reinstall?

Re: NBC streaming issue with Cloudpatherrorauthorization issue
Hi @lucyr
Greetings here in the Roku Community!
- Check your internet connection: Ensure your Wi-Fi is working properly and has a strong signal.
- Update the NBC app: Go to the Roku channel store and check for any available updates for the NBC app.
- Restart your Roku device, Power off your Roku, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
- Check your login credentials: Double-check that you are logged in with the correct username and password for your TV provider account.
- Log out and log back in: Try logging out of the NBC app and logging back in again.
If the issue continues, we recommend contacting your TV provider to confirm that your account is correctly linked to the NBC app.
Let us know how it goes, and we'll go from there.
Thanks,
The Roku Community Team

Re: NBC streaming issue with Cloudpatherrorauthorization issue
Cloudpath is an access authorization system used by The NBC/Universal family of channels (and possibly others?). Cloudpath errors usually deal with channels that require authentication to a TV provider account and use the Cloudpath service to manage this authentication.
One thing that some have reported fixes this is going into the channel on your Roku, logging/signing out, then logging/signing back in again and authenticating with your TV provider credentials. If this fixes the problem for that channel it typically fixes it for all channels in that family that use Cloudpath authentication.
