Hi @MsKandi,
Thanks for reaching out to the Roku Community. We'd like to investigate and try to help.
If you are still experiencing an issue with Spotify not loading, can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? Please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
With more information we will be able to assist you further.
Best regards,

Thanks for the post.
Please be aware that this issue is still under investigation. We currently do have any updates to provide at this time. Once more information is available, we will be sure to update this thread.

@PixiePenny Roku did not make your TV. TCL did. I have 3 TCL Roku TV’s and Spotify on all of them. Do you live in the US? Have you contacted TCL? Have you tried a factory reset?
@PixiePenny I have read the entire thread. No where do I see where you contacted TCL. After all they made your TV. Are you living within the US? Have you tried a factory reset? All 3 of my TCL Roku TVs are different models. Spotify launches perfect. So it’s something on your end. Are you using a VPN? Try this. Disconnect your phone from your Wi-Fi. Turn your phone into a mobile hotspot. Connect your TV to your phones mobile hotspot. If Spotify launches then you have an issue with your home network.
