Re: IP camera viewer pro question

80 is a common port for browsers
Are you able to config your camera by using a browser?

Also, do you use the SADP app?

This app locates all cameras on your network and you can config them using this app

Re: IP camera viewer pro question

All of my cameras are on another subnet so I'd have to install a quick windows machine or something on the same network.

Yes, I can reach all my cameras using browsers or ZoneMinder and others. Only this app can never find/see those cameras. It's very odd.

554 is the RTSP port which is usually the stream url.

Re: IP camera viewer pro question

I don't know anything about that, I have a simple network
My cameras are just on my wired network

Why don't you set up one off your router on a the same 255.255.255.0 subnet and ip range and test one that way.

my router is 192.168.1.1 - 255.255.255.0
And so my devices are 192.168.1.100, 192.168.1.101.... etc

The cameras can all be accessed easily by a browser and the roku app
Also, I use a app on my smart phone that see them all
This Hikvision app works great on my android devices

Re: IP camera viewer pro question

Like I said, no issues what so ever accessing them using browsers, it's just this app that won't see them.

I appreciate your help, thanks for trying.
