@Sherrianne wrote:No option to remove channel just manage subscription. Help!
When the channel is one for which you have a paid subscription through Roku, there will be a "Manage subscription" option instead of a "Remove channel" option. Click this and follow the prompts to cancel your subscription. (It will continue to run for the rest of the prepaid subscription period, but will not auto-renew at that point. You can resubscribe later if you like.) Now the "Remove channel" option will be shown.

I can confirm The Weather Channel app crashes/closes to home upon opening for Small Memory Models (512MB: e.g 3800/3910/3930) after updating to version 4.2.17.
Large Memory Models (1GB+: e.g. 3810/4670/4800) do not exhibit this behavior (they load and operate correctly)
This indicates a memory resource requirement/allocation issue with version 4.2.17 of the app.
(Deleting/restarting/reinstalling the app has no effect)
You should contact the WeatherGroup CS: help@streamtwc.com https://support.weather.com/s/email-us?language=en_US
@RokuMary-F @RokuDanny-R @RokuKariza-D et al: Please forward this info to The Weather Group app developers

The Weather Channel app version 4.2.18 has been released - this fixes the load crashing on Small Memory Models (512MB)
To update: Settings/System/Software update/Check now or Highlight the TWC app press Options (*)/Check for updates
I had to do an update on the weather channel. You move the cursor over to the weather channel app then click the asterisk * on the controller and then choose update. Let it load and you should be good. If not go to the same menu and chose remove then go to search for apps and download the weather channel again.
I'm trying to get a subscription to the Weather Channel and when I put in my payment info I get the error that I already paid for it and I know I did not! I can't get it to delete to try and reinstall I've contacted everyone I can think of to help on this issue.
They recently had problems with subscriptions showing up that the person has canceled their subscription. I got an email about it and contacted them thru their support page. They said to ignore the email.
