Hisense.Roko TV over heating

Hi,  

HISENSE . Roko TV has a note saying your device is overheating and turning off. Is their a way to resolve this issue. 20220912_183623.jpg

If you haven't tried yet, we would recommend starting with the suggestions in this support link: What to do if the red light is on or you see a “Your device is overheating” message.

If still no dice, please be advised that each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS. Since your affected device is a Hisense Roku TV, we suggest reaching out to Hisense Customer Support to report the issue and get help.
