I'm on gigabit ethernet from Verizon FIOS (cat 5e cable back to the router). Should have zero bandwidth issues. I never got a case number even though I asked for one. I will call back probably tomorrow during the day and do it again.

1. Device model 4850X - Ultra, serial number X02800R8C4MK, device ID SOVS3468C4MK, and OS version 14.0
2. I don’t know how to get tracker id. I hit the hole button 5 times and I don’t know what “black button” is on the remote.
3. Channels build number Version 1.1 • build 39
4. How would I post a video of this happening or is there an email I can send it too?
@Kbwh1, not "black" button, "Back" button. It's the button to the left of the Home button at the top of the remote.
Issue tracker ID. MK-479-560

Try switching your device over to use wireless connection. This is what I did on my roku tcl tv and the gotham sports app works well that way it seems the developers of the app didn't get the wired connection working or just ignored the fact that Roku devices would be hard wired.
Guys, my Gotham App updated and since I no longer crash. I can access live channels and all the VOD. This was on Friday, when I attempted to watch the Knicks game. But I'm not sure how long the update was pending since I have not used my Roku in the days Prior to Thanksgiving.
Good luck to all
