- renojimCommunity Streaming Expertjgunns13, Roku doesn't offer support for individual apps (other than their own). It's up to the provider/developer (in this case Gotham Advanced Media and Entertainment) to provide support. All you'll get from Roku is to restart your device or perform the remove/restart/add procedure mentioned above. 
 
- JJC27Channel SurferThis is the app that replace MSG+ and SNY. It's not working on Roku. GS customer support in the Philippines is useless. And they don't respond to emails.

- Ando1Channel SurferI just got this to work. I clicked OK 2x Quick and it loaded! Totally an accident I did the same on previous games and they play. I am now having the smoothing issue again. I'll need to report this. But at least the game is on. 
- nsparaccioNewbieChiming in here to share that I am also still having this issue. Tried the Roku recommendations, did not work. Gave Gotham's customer service line a call to let them know.
