can't connect with prime. error says not enough space must delete some apps to create space. This just occurred as I never had this error before.

Try doing a system restart or unplug power for 60 seconds on the Roku.

System Restart - Home, settings, system, power, system restart.

We should investigate this further. Can you provide the info listed below?

• Roku device model, serial number, and device ID. ( Press Home > Settings > System > About)
• Tracker ID and OS version and build (press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)

Mine is saying the same thing g and I deleted all but 16 apps..help

Go to home screen, settings, system restart. worked for me
