same for me. and still doesn't work. I got the message that my device "should uppdate momentarily" but it never does. Very frustrating. And no way to contact anyone to find out what to do.

Yes. I’ve done all that. I get a screen that says it should start loading but it never does.

One additional suggestion we would like for you to try is to try to remove the channel, update the Roku device by going to Settings > System > System update > Check now, restart your Roku device, and add back the channel. and see if you notice any difference.
