Frankspeech app not loading.

same for me. and still doesn't work. I got the message that my device "should uppdate momentarily" but it never does.  Very frustrating. And no way to contact anyone to find out what to do.

We totally understand that you're concerned about the Frankspeech app not being able to load. Let's check it out further.
Have you tried to remove the channel, restart your Roku device, and add it back?

Try these steps:

  • Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
  • Move to the right and highlight the channel you wish to update.
  • Press the Star button on your remote to open the options menu.
  • Select Check for updates.

Yes. I’ve done all that. I get a screen that says it should start loading but it never does.

We appreciate your patience regarding the issue when playing content on the FrankSpeech channel. We would be happy to look further into this issue but we will need more details. Can you please provide us with the following information:

  • When did this issue first start occurring?
  • Do you observe this behavior while using any other channel(s) on your device?

One additional suggestion we would like for you to try is to try to remove the channel, update the Roku device by going to Settings > System > System update > Check now, restart your Roku device, and add back the channel. and see if you notice any difference.
