I’m having the same trouble. App times out and will not open. Worked fine before and no problems with all other apps.

The issue I was experiencing involved opening the Fox News app on my Roku device. Sometimes, I would encounter a loading wheel, and other times, it would return me to the main Roku app page. Occasionally, I could see the program selections within the Fox News app, but upon selecting one, it would bounce me back to the main Roku app page, creating a frustrating loop. I attempted various troubleshooting steps, including uninstalling and reinstalling the app, rebooting both my home network and the Roku device, adjusting network settings, and performing network resets. However, none of these actions resolved the issue.
The problem persisted regardless of whether I used a basic network fiber optic router from my provider or two different managed routers, whether connected via hardwire or Wi-Fi. After extensive troubleshooting, I discovered that all devices were in some way blocking the data collection IP for Fox News. The solution came when I addressed the ad blocking settings on the firewall. Once I made adjustments there, the Fox News app began functioning properly without any further issues. I am still in the process of identifying which specific IPs each device is blocking.
April 27 @5am o ly fox weather will stream.
it just the Fox NEWS app and only for -Live- streaming "Fox news go" or "Fox Business". "Fox weather" and on-demand videos stream no problem within the Fox News app. -- was working well for months prior to today 04.hot wire.
oh and have tried with two different cable provider authorizations. spectrum & hotwire.

Currently working using Spectrum account authorization.
When logged in thru Hotwire still hangs on 13%.
