MGM released two episodes today but only episode 4 is showing on the MGM+ on Roku app. It should episode 4 and 5.

MGM+ has released E05, evidence from social media from people who have watched it! Just not released to Roku platform. This is what we get for paying less to subscribe thru Roku instead of regular price directly at the MGM+ site - delayed content. I wish I had known! Lesson learned!

As OP said, you can do a quick search to see that the release schedule from MGM+ and confirmed on multiple sources (who I assume got the info from MGM) showing the schedule show that eps 4 & 5 were supposed to be released on the same day. There are people who use MGM on other platforms who have watched the show and its available to them which could be confirmed by a quick search as well. If you could direct us to someone who we could let know about this apparent mistake, either at Roku or MGM, that would be great.

I followed the MGM+ Support link and submitted the issue. I'll return with an update if I get a response.
Submitted: "Earth Abides S01E05 has not become available on the Roku platform even though it should have released the same day as E04. Is MGM+ content on the Roku Channel app intentionally delayed? Is there a known technical difficulty? Roku has refused to facilitate support of this issue and is literally directing its customers to contact MGM+ directly."

Looks like its the classic pointing fingers at each other rather than taking a moment to see if they could do anythjng to help out their customers or make their product better. Like its too much to have someone whos a manager or supervisor reach out to someone in another department ir even different company with a heads up. Classic captains of industry.
I just found the same problem and I'm so mad!! Unsubscribing from Roku MGM and going back to MGM. That's not cool Roku!!! Its not cool when we have to listen to our friends talk about episode 5 when I can't watch it because Roku didn't release it on the 22nd like MGM did. This is not the first time I've had something like this happen. It happened with Sweet Pea too. Not only do I like Roku channels because of this but also because of the fact that you don't show any of the good shows and movies when I click on your app. I have to go to the main product to find out all the good shows and then go back into Roku and search for them. You guys really need to update your service.
