Reaching out to them is helpful in gathering more information, especially with the solution provided by their support representative, which is to sign in and then sign out of their channel. In addition, you can also ask for assistance on how to navigate their channel and how to perform the troubleshooting method since channels on the Roku platform are designed by the channel providers themselves.
