Help! Still Continue to Get This Error….

I have been using the Roku app on my Amazon Fire stick for quite awhile now. With no other issues unless I want to watch a couple of my favorite shows & movies.

Really it’s only been like 3 completely different shows but it’s every season and every show that the error comes up and doesn’t allow me to watch any of it. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it again but same thing is still happening. This has been going on for over a year now at least. I’ve never been able to access these specific shows ever. One is called “Bones” and it always shows up on My home page when I get on the app, but it just gives me the error if I click to play it. It’s been so long.

Everything is updated but I personally have zero clue what else it could be? I added an actual pic at the bottom to see.
