When trying to login to Disney Plus on my TV, there is no on-screen keyboard for password entry using my Roku remote. So, I can't login. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the channel, updated and restarted my Roku device. Suggestions? By the way, I can login to Disney Plus on my phone with no problem. So Disney Plus is working.
When it prompts you for email, press OK. The keyboard appears.

That didn’t work for me. I just wasted money on a month of Disney+ if I can’t stream it to my tv for my grandson to watch
It works for me.
Maybe try the Roku app on your phone if you can't get the keyboard to appear onscreen with the remote.

Your commenting on a post over a year old. Can you please elaborate on your situation? I have 6 Roku devices and I have Disney+. I have zero trouble logging into my account.
Hover the remote over the password rectangle. Click on it and the keyboard should appear.
No keyboard appears?

I was able to sign using the Android app. There is a keyboard icon at the top of the apps remote.
