Have a crave subscription via Telus.
open up crave app, it’s worked for months. Doesn’t work suddenly.
seen this before. Wait a day it should come back.
it doesn’t.
relog using on screen instructions. Says I’ve done it, I can watch on my phone. Crave on Roku says the same. Success.
False. Cannot watch.
reinstall app and try it again. Can it watch.
please help. And please fix the crave app, it’s the only app that has these issues on the regular.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more, specifically in that order.
Does this clear up the issue you are seeing? Please keep us posted what you find out.

I have tried this and a factory reset.
Still not working
When I try to open the Crave app it crashes saying I was logged out or i don't have a subscription and it leaves me with a black screen. I tried factory reset, reinstalling, nothing works.
This is exactly what is happening to me to . crashes immediately and leaves me with a black screen. i've since called crave twice and they are being really nice and trying to help me solve the issue however nothing is working .
I have a streaming stick + and I have done this and Crave is still not working. When I open the app it quickly says you have no subscription and then goes to a black screen......
Having the exact same problem. I have also tried everything. Please fix this as it’s a Roku problem. Crave works just fine on my phone. Super irritating.
