We appreciate you notifying us of the issue with the app repeatedly signing you out. We'd like some information so we can take a closer look at the problem you're currently experiencing.
Could you give us more information about...
- What specific channel are you having issues with?
- What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
- How are you accessing the channel? Through 'The Roku Channel" or the standalone app?
In the meantime, if you're accessing it through the standalone app, try uninstalling it, perform a system reboot, and reinstall the app again to see if it improves your current situation.
