The content you can access depends on where you are located. If you are in the US, there will be some French channels in the channel store. Only you can decide if any of them are desirable to you. If you are located in Canada, they too will have some content available, but could very well differ than what we see in the US. If you are actually in France, you are in a country that Roku supports, and again the channels available to you will most likely differ from what is available elsewhere.
Browsing the Roku channel store will show you what is available based on your location. Roku doesn't create the channels themselves, so it's dependent on the providers to create channels for Roku devices.
