Can't sign in to Paramount Plus

I cant sign into paramount on my tv. it keeps wanting me to sign up. I have a subscricption already.

Welcome to the Roku Community.

Thanks for letting us know about the login issue you have encountered with Paramount Plus. we're here to assist. If you are accessing Paramount Plus using its stand-alone app, we recommend following the steps provided below:

  1. Navigate to the channel tile on the Roku home screen, press the star (*) key on your remote, and choose "Remove channel".
  2. Next, restart your device from Settings > System > Power > System Restart (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
  3. Once your player/TV starts up again, go to "Streaming Store" on the Home screen, and add the channel back once more.

Once this has been performed, kindly log in to Paramount Plus and ensure that you type in the correct credentials, including upper case and lower case text, as log-in attempts are case-sensitive. 

If the issue persists, we suggest reaching out to Paramount Plus' support directly and inquiring further about this issue since channel providers handle their customer credentials and accounts. You can reach them at Paramount Plus | Contact Support
