CBS channel issues—not staying connected

Anyone have issues streaming CBS?  Every time I go to the channel, it won’t connect to watch live. The only way is to sign out, delete the app, reinstall the app, resign-in, and then I can watch it live.

As we've gone through troubleshooting steps and confirmed that your Roku device is up to date and all other channels are usually working, we'll need to get you in touch with the channel publisher directly for further assistance. Please contact them directly to follow up and tell them what troubleshooting steps you've already attempted with us.

Roku really needs to help address this problem directly with CBS. This is not an isolated issue and is ers should not be forced to sign out and sign back in EVERY SINGLE TIME they want to watch a channel they’ve already authenticated. While this does appear to be a problem with CBS more than Roku, Roku allowing the app to continue without addressing this simple but frustrating issue makes both look bad. Roku’s ability to have this addressed is much greater than individual users. Please help fix this consistent issue that has been allowed to persist on your platform.
