Channels & viewing

So there is a OTA channel that should be in my live channels but it stopped showing up.

1.) Channel showed up
2.) Roku updated, and channel stopped showing up.
3.) I did a factory reset and rescanned channels. The channel showed up again.
4.) I reconnected to the internet and updated, the channel disappeared again.
5.) I did a second factory reset, and the channel showed up again.
6.) I updated again, and the channel disappeared again.

 Rescanning channels after the update does not help either.

Any ideas?

There appears to be bug that when there's no guide information available for a channel it just disappears.  Some people have been able to use a nearby ZIP Code to get around the bug.  You can find the setting under Settings->System.
