I have upgraded to Gem premium and am now required to sign in to stream Gem on my TV but keep getting the message that my email or password is incorrect. I am trying to sign in using my Roku account, as requested.

If you see a screen like this:

... it is not requesting that you log in with your Roku credentials, it is offering to enter your Roku email for you.

If the service you are trying to sign into requires a different email, don't click Continue, click Use different email instead, then enter the appropriate email address and password on the next screen.

• My mistake, I was doing it last night. Yes it did have my email address, it was my password that it kept rejecting. Tried several times and could see that it was the correct Roku password.

Did you try your CBC Gem password and was that successful?  (Hopefully that is different than your Roku password.)

I did and it doesn’t work either. I get the same error message that email or password is incorrect. Thanks for responding.

Can you sign in on the CBC Gem website?

Changed my CBC password and signed with that. Solved!! Thanks everyone for your suggestions.
