I am missing an episode of Eastenders on BritBox through Roku. On the stand alone BritBox app it shows up, but I cannot cancel the Roku version and sign up with the standalone because it keeps telling me I am already signed up for BritBox.
I moved to purchasing BritBox through Roku because I had an issue with the standalone version that nobody could figure out. How hard is it to make sure I get every episode that I am paying for? What can be done to resolve this? I am missing episode 13 aired on 1/22/2024.

I still do not see episode 13 that aired on 1/22/2024. All the other episodes are there but not that particular one. Can this please be looked into?

Missing episode 3 on Roku BritBox and stand alone BritBox has it available for viewing. Apparently, Roku is not obtaining all episodes from shows being aired on BritBox, big problem. Cancel Roku subscription and join through BritBox.

Now it's April of 2024. Missing so many seasons and episodes Of Coronation street, The House Across the Street and so on. I think I'm going to cancel. I'm Beginning to believe corporations make more money that way. Sign up for more pay channels. I say it's almost time to cancel.
