Hi @niknaki80.,
Thanks for reaching out to the Roku Community. We appreciate the steps you have taken to try to fix the issue, and we'd like to continue investigating.
We have checked, and you have multiple Roku devices. Could you confirm whether the issue happens with all your devices or is only persistent with Hisense Roku TV?
Additionally, we recommend getting in touch with your TV manufacturer, as this issue may be hardware-related. You can refer to this link to directly contact Support for your Roku TV.
Please keep us posted on what you find out.
All the best,
Janadee
It is not on my Hisense TV. It is with my Roku Model #4200x
Same problem , but no access to menu. Pusshing remote buttons make a sound, but no response. On/off and volume control work, but nothing else work. No home no menu, no netflix...
Having t(e exac5 same issue. Unable to use the remote as only the power and volume buttons display anything. Tried a hard reset and exactly the same issue occurs. Cant use the remote as it will not bring up any menus on the tv
Hi @BrianKalin,
Thanks for sharing your report here in the Roku Community!
We see that you're having the same issue with your Roku TV, and we'd like to learn more about this and see how we can better isolate this case.
Could you provide a photo of the issue, or can you elaborate if you're still seeing the Roku logo on the left-side corner of the TV? When did you start seeing the issue occur?
Please let us know more about this so that we can further assist you.
Thanks,
Rey
Did you ever find a resolution to this issue? It's not worth much if a customer can't watch it
Hi @tlholt,
Thanks for joining us here in the Roku Community!
We get that you're also having the same issue and we're sorry for the trouble. We'd also like to know the information right above your post and see how we can better address this issue.
Please keep us posted!
Thanks,
Rey
My grandsons TV is only a year old. He has no apps on the screen as well. I've unplugged it, and left it off for 5 mins.
Have you found a resolution?
Thanks for the update!
If possible, could you share a photo of this issue? Are you still seeing the navigation settings on the left side of the screen? If you're still seeing the options, please follow these steps: navigate to Settings > System > Power > System Restart. Then try again if the issue persists.
Thanks,
Rey
So, Roku has no resolution? Am I supposed to do this everyday? Seems like customers that are dealing with this issue daily, should be able to have their faulty TV replaced. At some point, the restart will not be an option for operation
