I will delete Roku if they dont fix it so I can turn this feature off. You already have the “more like this” feature. Dont need both and this is just annoying.

I plan to delete the app as well because of this issue.
Would having the Roku user reset their advertising identifier or virtual device ID resolve this issue?
The Roku UI has 2 Privacy Controls:
Settings -> Privacy -> Advertising -> Reset Adverting identifier
Settings -> Privacy -> Advertising -> Personalized Ads [Uncheck box]
If you uncheck the setting for Personalized Ads, does the "Because You Watched" personalization go away?
