Hi, Community users!
Thanks for posting here in the Roku Community!
We understand your concern with the fast-forward feature on the Hulu app that affects your streaming experience.
For this matter to be addressed, we would recommend contacting Hulu support directly and letting them know about your experience with the recent changes to the fast-forwarding feature. It is important to note that channel providers developed their app and maintain it on the Roku platform.
For more information, you can contact them at the Hulu Support Center.
Thank you for your continued participation in the Roku Community, and feel free to reach out to us if you have further concerns or inquries.

Im having the same issue using Roku to watch Hulu content. FF and Rewind is super fast with just one push. One second goes 2-3 minutes into recorded content. Very annoying.
Roku, any help would be appreciated.
This issue was just reported to Hulu support Chat by Me. They initially tried to push this back on Roku, instructing me to do a bunch of things by resetting my Roku, remote and router, etc., which I did. I did this after I informed them that all the other streaming Apps had no playback issues, that it was only Hulu. Later, I referenced the previously obtained Hulu case number provided on this chat as reference. It was only after I provided that number, did the tech later acknowledge that the problem existed, but then he claimed it has just started today. That was not true, and I pointed him to our chat here showing this has been an issue for at least two weeks. This resulted in his decision to issue a one month billing credit for my Hulu service. He said the issue would be escalated to other tech support within the company. I suspect some recent software update is responsible for this. They pushed it out without testing it properly. I lost the Hulu case number, but it can be found somewhere within the body of these chats.
Thanks, your case number helped a lot!
Use this Hulu case number to report. I got a 1 month service credit. Case # 94807104
