I have stand alone App I watch on Roku tv. It was FiNE until recent Roku System Update. Now too many glitches once again. I signed out, uninstalled, restarted several times. I couldnt even get the sign in part to open for me to enter email/password without trying repeatedly. Now I can only see some of the programs I saved on my WATCHLIST. (A few tv shows but movies are completely gone from list). "view all" does not show more. My Britbox account works fine on website/ android phone. PROBLEM IS ONLY ON ROKU !!!. ROKU DID SYSTEM UPDATE DEC 13TH. Version 14.1.4 Build 7708. Your Updates SCREW UP SOMETHING EVERY TIME !! Please fix asap.

@RokuRiamie-D After several reboots I was able to get the sign in page to open. I am signed in now. The problem is with my "watchlist" within Britbox that only began after the Roku system update. Previously, I was able to see everything I've added to my Watchlist. When I'd go to "view all" it showed me everything in both the movies & tv shows categories. NOW: all the movies on my list have disappeared from view & it only shows me 22 tv shows. When I go to "view all" it will go no further than listing those same shows at the beginning of my Watchlist. It will not display the rest of my Watchlist" at all. This only happened after the Roku Update & my other apps are fine. If I go to Britbox website directly or on android phone I can see everything, but NOT VIA MY ROKU TV app
@irishkhan, Britbox is responsible for their app. If something changed after a Roku update, Britbox changed their app. It's not unusual to get app updates after a Roku update. There's no way a Roku update could affect an app in the way that you're describing.
@renojim I disagree. The problem began suddenly & when I looked to see if there had been a recent Roku System Update THERE WAS !!! its been my experience that Roku System Updates cause glitches somewhere EVERY TIME. The issue I am having now does not appear when I view Britbox via any other method or device.. I have never had a problem with them. ITS ONLY HAPPENING ON ROKU which is my tv
I have a problem with BritBox on Roku, which began suddenly yesterday. When I try to stream BritBox from my Roku, it asks for a subscription which I already have through prime. Apparently, if I use the Roku channel to bring up BritBox, it thinks I have no subscription. This problem occurs with both smart TVs and both Roku’s that I have. When I stream BritBox via prime on either of my smart TVs or my iPad, it works just fine but if I do it through Roku, it asked for a subscription. This is obviously a Roku problem and not repeat not a BritBox problem advise
