If I understand your concern correctly, you are having trouble finding two of your favorite shows inside the BritBox app, right? If this is the case, we highly recommend directly coordinating this with their Support team for further assistance as they provide and manage their own app on the Roku streaming platform independently.
Roku doesn't manage content issues inside an independent app, so it would be best to raise this concern directly with the channel provider themselves.
