Yours is the first comment I have read and it really hit the top of my frustration between ROKU AND BRIT BOX..........I am just about ready to cancel BRIT BOX but after much (11 e mails between me and BB) it might just be the ROKU BB app......I'm not giving up and will pursue this PIA problem (it is a problem cause trying to find one or 2 of my favorites I find myself getting very frustrated and 'now' angry).

If I understand your concern correctly, you are having trouble finding two of your favorite shows inside the BritBox app, right? If this is the case, we highly recommend directly coordinating this with their Support team for further assistance as they provide and manage their own app on the Roku streaming platform independently. 

Roku doesn't manage content issues inside an independent app, so it would be best to raise this concern directly with the channel provider themselves.
