Wow that’s absolutely in crazy! I did a factory reset and my app started playing normally I did not pay anything! I didn’t think that by out to the CWapp I would end up getting a scammer on the line

@Renisha @A factory reset on your roku or your router or your tv? And didn’t you lose all your roku apps if you did a factory reset?

When I set back up and signed in, it restored all my apps back to my TV and I have been watching The CW for the past 50 minutes with no interruption

@Renisha How did you do a factory reset on the roku device? I know how to do a restart but not a factory reset? I’m guessing you had to also reset up the WiFi to communicate once you did?

You go to home on your Roku remote and then you go to your settings then choose select system then select advance system settings then choose factory reset. if you have a Roku TV then you factory reset the tv but I don’t so I just factory reset my Roku

My roku then when I signed in, everything restored
