I've had this app for years and I was trying to gets it's settings to work now it's won't install, my TV and the website keep saying there was an unexpected error

If you haven't accessed the app for some time, it's recommended that you update it to ensure its best functionality. 

To update an app, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Roku home screen. 
2. Use the remote to highlight the app you want to update. 
3. Press the star button (*) on your Roku remote. 
4. Select "Check for updates" from the menu that appears.

I use the app daily, it was my screen saver. I was trying to get into the app settings and it didn't work, so I un-installed the app to try and reinstall it and now it won't install

The Dashcoop requires a one-time payment to install the app. 

In the meantime, what specific error code or message do you see when trying to install the app?

These are the errors I'm getting. And I bought the app 3 years ago
