When a Roku device or TV is registered, the Getting Started video claims that "Happy Streaming" is a Roku trademark. Amazon has used this slogan in a Fire video as well. I've viewed the mp4. Is it actually trademarked?

Roku has a Common Law trademark of "Happy Streaming". (more limited than a Registered Trademark"

Looks like Roku abandoned/failed to file (ie. no longer wanted), the Registered Trademark of Happy Streaming in 2014.
